myZen.tv allows you to access well-being and relaxation thanks to a complete range of original relaxation exercises. These exercises are divided into 7 categories:

  • Relaxation: Relaxation calls forth a number of verbal induction techniques, capable of acting on muscle and visceral tension reducing outside stimulations and allowing us to achieve a state of physical, psychic or muscular relaxation.
  • Breathing: Effective breathing is a key element to allow our bodies and minds to function harmoniously. Controlling our breathing also allows us to control our emotions, to fight off skyness and fear and to develop self-confidence.
  • Visualisation: A relaxation technique which consists in mentally envisioning situations, memories or sensations charged with positive, pleasant feelings.
  • Self-massage: The hands work by stroking, rubbing, kneading or tapping to calm tensions throughout the body and melt the stress away.
  • Stretching: A relaxation technique which aims to reduce the tension accumulated in the joints and the muscles, areas that are particularly sensitive to stress and emotions.
  • Sleeping: These techniques specifically intended to be practiced before bedtime, allow both the body and mind to get ready for a restfil night's sleep.
  • Re-energising: These exercices consist in dynamic, oxygenating breathing sequences and toning massages that can eliminate body toxins and tension, feeding the body and mind with new energy.
