During stressful times, we observe that tension is often concentrated in three points of the body: the nape of the neck, the hands, and the solar plexus. When tension is maintained and repeated for a while, the energy of our body is blocked. The simple relaxation of the nape of the neck leads to quick relief of possible headaches. This exercise proposed by myZen.tv consists in relaxing successively these 3 points via a specific relaxation technique.
