myZen.tv offers you a relaxation exercise that will allow you to find a positive and peaceful state of mind. The first part of the session consists in gradually releasing certain areas of the body to make it feel as comfortable as possible. In the second part, you will be coached through a breathing exercise to release any tension and bring on a sense of general well-being. In fact, stress and emotions can cause tension to accumulate in certain areas of the body. Some people accumulate tension in the neck, others in the stomach, chest or throat. This exercise aims to specifically target these tense areas helping you regain a sense of wellness and relaxation.
