Presentation of the video invites you to discover how to master your breathing thanks to a series of simple and effective relaxation exercises. Breathing is the easiest and most natural way to help your body find balance, to help it relax and re-energize. Breathing is not a passive act; mastering certain techniques can help you easily achieve a sense of well-being and a quickness of mind to overcome any emotional turbulence you may encounter.
