Ainsi, tout vient \u00e0 point \u00e0 qui sait l\u2019attendre, pas besoin de presser le mouvement, allez-y \u00e0 votre rythme pour ne pas \u00e9tourdir vos <strong>yeux<\/strong>.<\/li><li>M\u00eame exercice, mais de mani\u00e8re circulaire : faites des cercles avec vos <strong>yeux<\/strong>, dans le sens des aiguilles d\u2019une montre puis en sens inverse <\/li><li>Enfin, imaginez que vous avez des formes g\u00e9om\u00e9triques ou des lettres de l\u2019alphabet flottant face \u00e0 vous. Tentez de reproduire ses reliefs avec vos <strong>yeux<\/strong>, comme si vous les traciez de votre regard.
