Elles&nbsp;tiennent un r\u00f4le primordial dans l&rsquo;<strong>alimentation<\/strong> humaine et animale gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur importante teneur en&nbsp;prot\u00e9ines&nbsp;(comprise entre 20 et 42%) ainsi qu&rsquo;en en&nbsp;acides amin\u00e9s essentiels. Les <strong>f\u00e8ves<\/strong>,  les <strong>pois chiches<\/strong>, les <strong>haricots secs<\/strong> et les <strong>lentilles<\/strong> figurent parmi les vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de l\u00e9gumineuses les plus communes dans notre <strong>alimentation<\/strong>.  Mais quels en sont les bienfaits concr\u00e8tement ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ils sont multiples ! Riches en fibres solubles et glucides complexes, les l\u00e9gumineuses, tout comme l&rsquo;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"avocat (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.myzen.tv\/fr\/les-bienfaits-de-lavocat\" target=\"_blank\">avocat<\/a> et le c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.myzen.tv\/fr\/les-bienfaits-du-chocolat-noir\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"hocolat noir (opens in a new tab)\">hocolat noir<\/a>, jouent un r\u00f4le majeur dans la pr\u00e9vention du cholest\u00e9rol et des maladies cardiaques.
