Allongez-vous face et haut des pieds contre le sol. Avec les bras l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e9cart\u00e9s de part et d&rsquo;autre de votre poitrine, soulevez tout le haut de votre buste. Seules les cuisses doivent toucher le sol. N&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 \u00e9tirer le plus possible votre visage vers le ciel, comme un prolongement de l&rsquo;\u00e9tirement de votre corps. Gardez cette position le temps de 5 inspirations et expirations.
