Vous devez vous forcer \u00e0 ne pas juger vos <strong>\u00e9motions<\/strong>, mais plut\u00f4t \u00e0 les \u00e9couter, les accueillir. En identifiant les diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9motions qui vous traversent, vous serez plus \u00e0 m\u00e8ne de r\u00e9soudre vos conflits internes. Les \u00e9motions ne doivent pas \u00eatre confondues avec les pens\u00e9es, m\u00eame si elles sont intimement li\u00e9es. Et d&rsquo;ailleurs, les pens\u00e9es, on en fait quoi ? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Laissez vos pens\u00e9es vous envahir, sans vous contr\u00f4ler<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p> Oui, on sait, c&rsquo;est plus facile \u00e0 dire qu&rsquo;\u00e0 faire. Le bourdonnement de pens\u00e9es peut \u00eatre vraiment assommant, surtout dans cette p\u00e9riode trouble. C&rsquo;est pour cette raison qu&rsquo;il est primordial qui vous appreniez \u00e0 les accepter, et mieux les organiser, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la m\u00e9ditation. En pleine conscience, il est encore plus difficile de g\u00e9rer les <strong>pens\u00e9es<\/strong>. L&rsquo;objectif est de pouvoir les observer, sans jugement, pour mieux les comprendre.
