M\u00e9ditation Vipassana, m\u00e9ditation Zazen, m\u00e9ditation des Chakras&#8230; chacune de ces pratiques vise une diff\u00e9rente partie du corps et de l&rsquo;esprit \u00e0 laquelle elle apportera ses bienfaits. MyZen TV revient pour vous sur les principales pratiques de m\u00e9ditation et sur ses bienfaits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peut-on dire qu&rsquo;il existe autant de type de m\u00e9ditation qu&rsquo;il y a d&rsquo;individus sur cette plan\u00e8te ? Pas loin ! Avec la m\u00e9ditation, \u00e0 chaque probl\u00e8me sa solution. \u00c0 condition bien-s\u00fbr de savoir vers quelle m\u00e9ditation se tourner.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La m\u00e9ditation Vipassana<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La technique de m\u00e9ditation Vipassana est l&rsquo;une des plus anciennes qui existe. Elle trouve son origine en Inde, il y a plus de 2 500 ans. Elle a pour but la suppression des pollutions mentales dans l&rsquo;optique d&rsquo;atteindre le bien-\u00eatre total. Elle se pratique parle biais de l&rsquo;observation de soi. En portant notre concentration sur nos sensations corporelles qui sont en interaction r\u00e9guli\u00e8re avec notre esprit. En explorant son soi profond, on va venir trouver l&rsquo;intersection entre notre esprit et notre organisme. Via cette exp\u00e9rience, on prend conscience de nos pens\u00e9es impures et l&rsquo;on vient les dissoudre pour attendre la pl\u00e9nitude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La m\u00e9ditation Kundalini<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce type de m\u00e9ditation se performe en 4 \u00e9tapes : le tremblement, la danse, l&rsquo;immobilisation et la <strong>relaxation<\/strong>. Son but est de faire circuler nos <strong>\u00e9nergies<\/strong> sur le chemin de notre <strong>colonne <\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">vert\u00e9brale<\/span>, en  partant du premier <strong>chakra<\/strong>, \u00e0 l&rsquo;intersection de nos jambes, jusqu\u2019au dernier, au sommet de notre t\u00eate. En maitrisant cette source d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie vitale et puissante, nous venons prendre conscience de nos corps, de nos pens\u00e9es, de nos \u00e9motions. Tonglen signifie \u00ab prendre et donner \u00bb. Chacun rencontre, au cours de sa vie des \u00e9v\u00e8nements douloureux qui laisse des cicatrices \u00e0 jamais. La perte d&rsquo;un \u00eatre cher, une rupture amoureuse, la maladie : nous avons tendance \u00e0 r\u00e9primer ses douleurs intenses de peur de se laisse submerger. Mais contenir ses \u00e9motions est destructeur. La m\u00e9ditation zazen se pratique en 2 temps, de 20 \u00e0 50 minutes, chacun entrecoup\u00e9s d&rsquo;une <strong>marche m\u00e9ditative<\/strong> d&rsquo;environ 10 minutes, le <strong>kinhin<\/strong>. On en entend parler tous les jours, mais savez-vous vraiment ce qu&rsquo;ils sont ? Le mot chakras, en sanskrit, pourrait se traduire par  \u00ab points de jonction de canaux d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie \u00bb. Selon la culture bouddhiste, le corps humain poss\u00e8de 7 chakras, autrement dit 7 centres \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques&nbsp;dans l&rsquo;ensemble de notre corps.
