Mais attention \u00e0 bien rester prot\u00e9g\u00e9 des UV nocifs pour notre peau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le renforcement du syst\u00e8me immunitaire<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les rayons du soleil sont \u00e9galement booster de <strong>vitamine D<\/strong> qui tient un r\u00f4le primordial dans la croissance des cellules, le fonctionnement des muscles et la formation osseuse et dentaire. Elle aurait \u00e9galement des vertus pr\u00e9ventives de certains cancers, comme le cancer du sein ou le cancer colorectal.  Gr\u00e2ce au soleil, notre organisme se solidifie et rend notre <strong>syst\u00e8me immunitaire<\/strong> plus r\u00e9sistants aux attaques ext\u00e9rieures.
