La recette du jour : Parfait au citron <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Ingr\u00e9dients pour 4 personnes : <\/h3>\n\n\n\n
  • 4 citrons bio<\/li>
  • 50 g de beurre<\/li>
  • 4 \u0153ufs<\/li>
  • 200 g de sucre en poudre<\/li>
  • 4 feuilles de g\u00e9latine<\/li>
  • 33 cl de cr\u00e8me liquide enti\u00e8re bien froide<\/li>
  • 150 g de chocolat blanc<\/li>
  • 100 g de pur\u00e9e de noisettes (magasin bio)<\/li>
  • 100 g de cr\u00eapes dentelle (+ pour la d\u00e9co)<\/li>
  • 1 gousse de vanille<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Recette : <\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    1. R\u00e9hydratez la g\u00e9latine dans de l\u2019eau froide.<\/li>
    2. Dans une casserole, faites fondre le beurre avec le sucre et le jus des citrons press\u00e9s. Ajoutez les \u0153ufs et portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition sans cesser de fouetter.<\/li>
    3. Hors du feu, ajoutez les feuilles de g\u00e9latine essor\u00e9es et laissez refroidir \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante.<\/li>
    4. Montez la cr\u00e8me liquide en chantilly avec les graines de vanille pr\u00e9lev\u00e9es puis ajoutez-la \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration refroidie.<\/li>
    5. Coupez le chocolat en morceaux, ajoutez la pur\u00e9e de noisettes et faites fondre le tout au micro-onde.<\/li>
    6. \u00c9miettez les cr\u00eapes dentelles, r\u00e9servez-les.<\/li>
    7. Dans des verrines, versez le chocolat-pralin\u00e9 au fond, parsemez d\u2019un peu de cr\u00eape dentelle puis ajoutez \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une poche \u00e0 douille, la cr\u00e8me au citron.
