Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des expressions faciales pr\u00e9cises et beaucoup de r\u00e9gularit\u00e9, vous allez pouvoir obtenir de beaux changements. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En effet, le yoga du visage permet de relancer la circulation sanguine. De plus, il permet de d\u00e9tendre vos muscles ainsi que de raffermir la peau. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est cependant important de pr\u00e9ciser qu\u2019il faut \u00eatre tr\u00e8s r\u00e9guli\u00e8re et assidue pour avoir des r\u00e9sultats : c\u2019est la cl\u00e9 de la r\u00e9ussite. En effet, pour avoir des r\u00e9sultats exceptionnels,  il faut r\u00e9aliser ces massages 20 \u00e0 30 minutes, au moins 4 fois par semaine et ce pendant au mois 4 mois. Rassurez-vous, 5 minutes de massage chaque jour aura tout de m\u00eame des effets anti-\u00e2ge, votre peau vous remerciera. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toutes les parties du visage vont pouvoir \u00eatre mass\u00e9es afin d\u2019att\u00e9nuer les signes de l\u2019\u00e2ge : double menton ou encore ride du lion vont diminuer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Double menton <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>S\u2019asseoir dans une position avec le dos droit. <\/li><li>Prendre une inspiration avec le nez, penchez la t\u00eate en avant tout en expirant avec la bouche.<\/li><li>Inspirez de nouveau par le nez par le nez et levez la t\u00eate vers le ciel.<\/li><li>Gardez cette position, puis faites passer votre l\u00e8vre inf\u00e9rieure au-dessus de votre l\u00e8vre sup\u00e9rieure. Ainsi votre menton va se relever. <\/li><li>Il faut maintenir la position une dizaine de secondes. <\/li><li>Revenez \u00e0 une position normale puis recommencez l\u2019exercice plusieurs fois. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ride du lion (entre les sourcils)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Venir placer vos pouces sur la zone entre les sourcils.<\/li><li>Vous allez masser cette zone en r\u00e9alisant 3 cercles dans le sens des aiguilles d\u2019une montre, puis 3 dans le sens contraire.<\/li><li>Ensuite, venir faire 3 pressions en gardant les pouces au m\u00eame endroit.
