Les bras<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous le faites probablement d\u00e9j\u00e0 le matin en vous levant. Et c&rsquo;est bien ! Asseyez-vous en tailleur ou sur le bord de votre lit. Tendez les bras vers le ciel et joignez vos mains. Dix secondes suffisent. Cet \u00e9tirement permet de garder votre souplesse et de faire le plein d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Le cou<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Que vous soyez travailleurs manuels ou assis derri\u00e8re un \u00e9cran, le cou est sollicit\u00e9 tout au long de la journ\u00e9e. Alors, il est important de l&rsquo;entretenir. Toujours en tailleur ou sur le bord du lit, basculez lentement votre cou de gauche \u00e0 droite. Vous verrez, plus de tension en journ\u00e9e !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Le dos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ah les probl\u00e8mes de dos&#8230; Ils sont incroyablement douloureux ! Il est donc important de prendre soin de notre dos. Ainsi, allongez-vous sur votre lit, placez vos bras en croix, fl\u00e9chissez vos genoux (comme un b\u00e9b\u00e9) pendant 30 secondes. Puis changez de c\u00f4t\u00e9. Vous verrez, le dos s&rsquo;\u00e9tire. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Attention si vous avez des douleurs au dos, n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 consulter un m\u00e9decin ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Les quadriceps<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous avez les jambes lourdes ou engourdies ? Allongez-vous sur votre lit, pliez votre jambe, attrapez votre genou et ramenez votre cuisse le plus pr\u00e8s possible de votre buste. Cela vous permettra d&rsquo;\u00e9tirer votre cuisse et de soulager l&rsquo;articulation de la cheville.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Un peu de souplesse <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour terminer, travaillez votre souplesse en vous mettant debout et en essayant de toucher vos pieds. Attention, ne forcez pas, cela serait contre productif.
