Bien \u00e9videment, il y a autant de bourguignons que de familles&#8230; Alors non, \u00e7a ne sera pas LA recette officielle mais une qui ravira les papilles des petits et des grands, nous pouvons vous l&rsquo;assurer ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les ingr\u00e9dients du bourguignon<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour 6 personnes, \u00e0 adapter en fonction du nombre d&rsquo;invit\u00e9s et des app\u00e9tits !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1,5 kilo de viande de boeuf (Palette, Paleron) l&rsquo;id\u00e9al est de m\u00e9langer les morcaux plus gras avec les morceaux plus secs<\/li><li>300 grammes de lardons fum\u00e9s <\/li><li>250 grammes de champignons <\/li><li>2 boites de pulpe de tomates<\/li><li>3 oignons <\/li><li>5 grosses carottes<\/li><li>4 gousses d&rsquo;ail <\/li><li>2 bouteilles de bourgogne (le c\u00f4te du Rh\u00f4ne est \u00e9galement adapt\u00e9). Petite astuce, plus le vin est alcoolis\u00e9 meilleur le plat sera<\/li><li>Un bouquet garnis <\/li><li>Huile d&rsquo;olive, farine, sucre sel et poivre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les \u00e9tapes <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Dans une po\u00eale bien chaude, mettez un fond d&rsquo;huile et faites saisir la viande de boeuf. Salez et poivrez. Cette \u00e9tape est tr\u00e8s importante car c&rsquo;est elle qui donnera le go\u00fbt \u00e0 votre bourgignon<\/li><li>R\u00e9servez dans une marmite la viande saisie de tous les cot\u00e9s<\/li><li>Mettez les lardons \u00e0 suer dans la po\u00eale, une fois le gras sorti r\u00e9servez les lardons<\/li><li>Faites revenir dans la graisse des lardons les oignons, l&rsquo;ail et les carottes<\/li><li>Pendant ce temps, singez la viande et faite l\u00e9g\u00e8rement cuire la farine<\/li><li>Mettez les lardons et les l\u00e9gumes dans la marmitte<\/li><li>Mouillez avec le vin<\/li><li>Rajoutez la pulpe de tomates et le bouquet garni. N&rsquo;oubliez pas de mettre une dosette de sucre <\/li><li>Laissez mijotez une heure \u00e0 \u00e9bullition<\/li><li>Rajoutez les champignons.<\/li><li>Laissez cuire encore 2 heures<\/li><li>Le lendemain, rajoutez la derni\u00e8re heure de cuisson.
