Une tarte pour 6 personnes \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer pour le dessert ou pour le quatre-heure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Retrouvez \u00e9galement l&rsquo;ensemble de nos recettes juste <a href=\"https:\/\/www.myzen.tv\/fr\/tag\/cuisine\/\">ici<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">P\u00e2te sabl\u00e9e :&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"liste-recette wp-block-list\"><li>180 g de farine<\/li><li>150 g de beurre<\/li><li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de cr\u00e8me<\/li><li>1 \u0153uf<\/li><li>40 g de poudre d\u2019amandes<\/li><li>60 g de sucre glace<\/li><li>Amandes concass\u00e9es<\/li><li>Pour la cr\u00e8me amandes-noisettes :<\/li><li>150 g d\u2019amandes pel\u00e9es<\/li><li>150 g de noisettes<\/li><li>150 g de beurre doux<\/li><li>2 \u0153ufs<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pour la p\u00e2te d\u2019amandes :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"liste-recette wp-block-list\"><li>100 g d\u2019amandes pel\u00e9es<\/li><li>2 bonnes cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sucre blond<\/li><li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de miel<\/li><li>2 blancs d\u2019\u0153uf<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Garniture :&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"liste-recette wp-block-list\"><li>3 \u00e0 4 poires Williams<\/li><li>3 \u00e0 4 p\u00eaches blanches (selon leur taille)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Caramel au vin :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"liste-recette wp-block-list\"><li>50 g de sucre<\/li><li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de miel de lavande<\/li><li>1 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de cr\u00e8me<\/li><li>1 verre de Jasni\u00e8res moelleux<\/li><li>80 g de beurre<\/li><li>Du sucre glace<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La pr\u00e9paration : <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"tache-recette wp-block-list\"><li>Pr\u00e9parez la p\u00e2te sabl\u00e9e maison : Sablez la farine et le beurre, ajoutez \u0153ufs, cr\u00e8me, sucre, amandes et \u00e9clats d\u2019amandes. Mixez bri\u00e8vement. Placez la boule dans un film puis placez au frais 1 heure au moins.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Pendant ce temps, pr\u00e9parez la cr\u00e8me amandes-noisettes : Mixez 150 g d\u2019amandes brutes avec les noisettes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtention d\u2019une fine poudre. Versez le m\u00e9lange dans un saladier puis ajoutez le beurre ramolli. M\u00e9langez. R\u00e9servez.<\/li><li>Pr\u00e9parez la p\u00e2te d\u2019amandes \u00e0 cru : Mixez 100 g d\u2019amandes pel\u00e9es (\u00e0 l\u2019eau bouillant) en fine poudre et ajoutez-y le sucre blond, le miel et les blancs d\u2019\u0153ufs.&nbsp;Mixez le tout. Et Incorporez le m\u00e9lange \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me d\u2019amandes-noisettes.<\/li><li>Sortez la p\u00e2te sabl\u00e9e du r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur. Placez-la sur du papier sulfuris\u00e9 puis \u00e9talez-la. Veillez \u00e0 garder une p\u00e2te \u00e9paisse pour qu\u2019elle puisse&nbsp;tenir \u00e0 la cuisson. Piquez-la et placez-la dans un moule \u00e0 tarte \u00e0 fond amovible. Coupez l\u2019exc\u00e9dent de p\u00e2te. Versez-y la pr\u00e9paration amandes-noisette. Placez au frais le temps de pr\u00e9parer le reste de la recette.<\/li><li>Pr\u00e9parez le caramel \u00e0 sec : dans une po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen, faites fondre le sucre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il devienne caramel. Remuez-le pour obtenir une couleur homog\u00e8ne. Ajoutez le beurre, le miel puis&nbsp; la cr\u00e8me. M\u00e9langez jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le caramel soit bien lisse. Puis, ajouter un verre de blanc moelleux. Placez hors du feu.<\/li><li>Pelez les poires et les p\u00eaches et coupez-les en lamelles. Disposez-les en les alternant. Badigeonnez-les de beurre fondu et saupoudrez de sucre glace.
