Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une recette id\u00e9ale pour 4 \u00e0 6 personnes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Retrouvez l&rsquo;ensemble de nos recettes juste <a href=\"https:\/\/www.myzen.tv\/fr\/tag\/recette\/\">ici<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients&nbsp;:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"liste-recette wp-block-list\"><li>Un poulet d\u20191,5 kg : ailes, hauts de cuisses, pilons et blancs<\/li><li>\u00bd bouteille de champagne<\/li><li>3 \u00e9chalotes<\/li><li>200g de champignons de Paris<\/li><li>10cl de cr\u00e8me \u00e9paisse<\/li><li>30g de beurre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bouillon de volaille<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"liste-recette wp-block-list\"><li>1 oignon piqu\u00e9 de clous de girofle<\/li><li>3 gousses d\u2019ail<\/li><li>2 carottes<\/li><li>1 blanc de poireau<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pour le roux<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"liste-recette wp-block-list\"><li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de farine<\/li><li>40g de beurre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration : <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"tache-recette wp-block-list\"><li>Pelez et ciselez les \u00e9chalotes, lavez les champignons et coupez les pieds.<\/li><li>Faites fondre 30g de beurre dans une sauteuse et d\u00e9posez les morceaux de poulet (sauf les blancs)<\/li><li>Ajoutez les \u00e9chalotes et les t\u00eates de champignons et faites fondre et dorer le tout \u00e0 feu moyen pendant 20 minutes.<\/li><li>Retirez le contenu de la sauteuse et maintenez-le au chaud.&nbsp;<\/li><li>D\u00e9glacez la sauteuse avec le champagne. Laissez r\u00e9duire au 1\/3.<\/li><li>Pour la pr\u00e9paration du roux, faites fondre le beurre dans une casserole, quand il est fondu, ajoutez la farine et remuez au fouet quelques instants.&nbsp;Allongez avec le bouillon de volaille pour obtenir un velout\u00e9 (nettement plus liquide qu\u2019une b\u00e9chamel), versez dans la r\u00e9duction de champagne. Ajoutez les 2 cr\u00e8mes et faites cuire encore 5 minutes en remuant.<\/li><li>Ajoutez les morceaux de poulet pour les r\u00e9chauffer, ainsi que les blancs crus pour les pocher \u00e0 feu doux.&nbsp;Accompagnez de riz.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Conseils de Julie&nbsp;:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour le bouillon, couvrez les l\u00e9gumes et de la carcasse du poulet dans un faitout, ajoutez un peu de sel, couvrez d\u2019eau froide et laissez mijoter 1h au moins.
