{"id":1700956,"date":"2023-08-01T08:00:00","date_gmt":"2023-08-01T08:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.myzen.tv\/?p=1700956"},"modified":"2023-07-12T09:58:47","modified_gmt":"2023-07-12T09:58:47","slug":"wok-gai-pad-le-saute-de-poulet-thai","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.myzen.tv\/fr\/wok-gai-pad-le-saute-de-poulet-thai\/","title":{"rendered":"Wok Gai Pad, le saut\u00e9 de poulet Tha\u00ef"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Nous allons pr\u00e9parer un <strong>wok gai pad<\/strong>, une recette gourmande et g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse \u00e0 base de saut\u00e9 de poulet, de chou-fleur, de brocoli, de carotte et une sauce faite maison. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Retrouvez \u00e9galement l&rsquo;ensemble de nos recettes juste <a href=\"https:\/\/www.myzen.tv\/fr\/tag\/recette\/\">ici<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les ingr\u00e9dients : <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"liste-recette wp-block-list\"><li>100 g de filet de poulet<\/li><li>15 g de noix de cajou<\/li><li>1 oignon rouge<\/li><li>4 ma\u00efs miniatures en conserve<\/li><li>1 brocoli<\/li><li>1 carotte<\/li><li>1 chou-fleur<\/li><li>5 g de graines germ\u00e9es<\/li><li>Sel<\/li><li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sucre<\/li><li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de p\u00e2te de piment<\/li><li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sauce aux hu\u00eetres<\/li><li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sauce soja<\/li><li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sauce de poisson<\/li><li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile<\/li><li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d&rsquo;huile de s\u00e9same<\/li><li>1 oignon vert<\/li><li>Feuilles de laitue<\/li><li>50 ml de bouillon de poulet<\/li><li>1\/4 de cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d&rsquo;hondashi<\/li><li>100 g de riz basmati<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La pr\u00e9paration :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"tache-recette wp-block-list\"><li>Sur une planche, couper en deux les t\u00eates de chou-fleur et de brocoli. Couper \u00e9galement en deux les ma\u00efs miniatures en conserve. Couper en lamelles l\u2019oignon rouge, puis couper les oignons verts, et les feuilles de laitue. Couper enfin le poulet en larges d\u00e9s.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Dans une casserole, ajouter de l\u2019eau et faire chauffer. Puis ajouter une pinc\u00e9e de sel ainsi qu\u2019un filet d\u2019huile puis verser le riz et laisser cuire environ 8 minutes.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Dans un wok, verser un filet d\u2019huile de s\u00e9same puis un filet d\u2019huile et ajouter les d\u00e9s de poulet pour les faire revenir. R\u00e2per sur le dessus la carotte. Ajouter les oignons rouges et bien m\u00e9langer le tout. Ajouter ensuite le brocoli et le chou-fleur. Puis les oignons verts. M\u00e9langer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Ajouter la sauce aux hu\u00eetres, et ajouter de la sauce soja. Ajouter de la p\u00e2te de piment ainsi que le ma\u00efs. Verser ensuite le bouillon de poulet ainsi qu\u2019une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sucre avec l\u2019hondashi, du sel et du poivre. Enfin ajouter les graines germ\u00e9es.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Dans une po\u00eale, ajouter les noix de cajou et les faire revenir.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Dans une assiette ajouter les feuilles de laitue dans le centre de l\u2019assiette puis verser la pr\u00e9paration et ajouter les noix de cajou.
