Les plonger 3 minutes dans l\u2019eau bouillante et \u00e9plucher ensuite leur seconde peau sans attendre qu\u2019elles refroidissent.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Cuire les ch\u00e2taignes dans de l\u2019eau bouillante pendant 20 minutes.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le sirop&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"tache-recette wp-block-list\"><li>Pour un litre d\u2019eau, ajouter 200 grammes de sucre. Pour un sirop parfum\u00e9, ajouter un trait de rhum, de cognac ou bien encore de l\u2019ar\u00f4me de vanille. Porter le sirop \u00e0 \u00e9bullition pendant 5 minutes puis y ajouter les ch\u00e2taignes et couper le feu. Laisser reposer la pr\u00e9paration toute une nuit. R\u00e9p\u00e9ter l\u2019op\u00e9ration pendant 6 jours.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le gla\u00e7age&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"tache-recette wp-block-list\"><li>R\u00e9utiliser le fond de sirop et y ajouter 2 bonnes cuill\u00e8res de sucre glace.
