{"id":1702698,"date":"2023-11-15T17:00:08","date_gmt":"2023-11-15T17:00:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.myzen.tv\/?p=1702698"},"modified":"2024-02-05T13:27:02","modified_gmt":"2024-02-05T13:27:02","slug":"recette-de-ramen-au-poulet","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.myzen.tv\/fr\/recette-de-ramen-au-poulet\/","title":{"rendered":"Ramen au poulet, miso et champignons"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>D\u00e9couvrez comment pr\u00e9parer les <strong>ramen au poulet, miso et champignons<\/strong> du chef \u00e9toil\u00e9 Tom Kerridge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Temps de pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong> moins de 30 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Temps de cuisson :<\/strong> 30 minutes \u00e0 1 heure<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pour :<\/strong> 4 personnes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez retrouver toutes nos recettes juste <a href=\"https:\/\/www.myzen.tv\/fr\/tag\/recette\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ici<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:26px\">Les ingr\u00e9dients :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"liste-recette wp-block-list\"><li>1,5 litre de bouillon de poule<\/li><li>15 g de c\u00e8pes s\u00e9ch\u00e9s<\/li><li>1 anis \u00e9toil\u00e9<\/li><li>2,5 cm de gingembre frais<\/li><li>3 gousses d&rsquo;ail<\/li><li>3 oignons de printemps<\/li><li>750 g de cuisses de poulet, sans la peau et avec les os<\/li><li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de p\u00e2te de miso blanc<\/li><li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de mirin<\/li><li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sauce soja<\/li><li>12 champignons shiitake s\u00e9ch\u00e9s<\/li><li>400 g de nouilles ramen<\/li><li>100 g de jeunes \u00e9pinards<\/li><li>4 \u0153ufs cuits pendant 6 minutes et refroidis<\/li><li>1 piment rouge<\/li><li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de furikake<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:26px\">La pr\u00e9paration :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"tache-recette wp-block-list\"><li>Verser le bouillon dans une grande casserole et ajouter les c\u00e8pes, l&rsquo;anis \u00e9toil\u00e9, le gingembre, l&rsquo;ail, les parties blanches des oignons de printemps et le poulet. Porter \u00e0 un l\u00e9ger fr\u00e9missement et cuire doucement pendant 25 minutes ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le poulet soit tendre et bien cuit.<\/li><li>Retirer le poulet de la casserole et le mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9. Passer le bouillon au tamis dans une cruche et jeter le reste du contenu. Remettre le bouillon dans la casserole et la placer sur un feu moyennement \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/li><li>Incorporer la p\u00e2te de miso au bouillon \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un fouet, puis incorporer le mirin et le soja. Ajouter les champignons shiitake et faire cuire pendant 3-4 minutes ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient tendres. Assaisonner avec une pinc\u00e9e de sel de mer et une petite pinc\u00e9e de poivre blanc.<\/li><li>Ajouter les nouilles ramen au bouillon et faire cuire jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les nouilles soient bien chaudes. Retirer les nouilles \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une \u00e9cumoire et les r\u00e9partir dans quatre bols chauds. D\u00e9chiqueter le poulet, en jetant les os, et le placer dans le bouillon avec les feuilles d&rsquo;\u00e9pinards. Faire cuire jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le poulet soit bien chaud. Retirer le poulet et les \u00e9pinards \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une \u00e9cumoire et les r\u00e9partir dans les bols chauds.<\/li><li>\u00c9cosser les \u0153ufs durs et les couper en deux.
