Une pr\u00e9paration id\u00e9ale pour 6 personnes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez retrouver l\u2019ensemble de nos recettes juste <a href=\"https:\/\/www.myzen.tv\/fr\/tag\/recette\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ici<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:26px\">Les ingr\u00e9dients :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"liste-recette wp-block-list\"><li>1 kg de Saint-Nectaire frais<\/li><li>400 g de sucre<\/li><li>500 g de farine<\/li><li>1 sachet de levure chimique<\/li><li>6 \u0153ufs moyens<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:26px\">La pr\u00e9paration :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"tache-recette wp-block-list\"><li>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 165\u00b0C en position ventil\u00e9e.<\/li><li>Versez le fromage dans un saladier et \u00e9miettez-le avec vos doigts.<\/li><li>Ajoutez alors les \u0153ufs, le sucre et la farine m\u00eal\u00e9e \u00e0 la levure en tournant la pr\u00e9paration avec la main entre chaque ajout. Ajustez la quantit\u00e9 de farine. La pr\u00e9paration doit \u00eatre collante mais pas trop liquide.<\/li><li>Beurrez un grand moule \u00e0 savarin et d\u00e9posez la pr\u00e9paration par poign\u00e9e sans tasser (la surface va s\u2019\u00e9galiser sous l\u2019effet de la chaleur).<\/li><li>Faites cuire \u00e0 mi-hauteur pendant 1h15. Servez ti\u00e8de ou froid avec de la confiture.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:26px\">Le conseil de Julie :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce n\u2019est pas une habitude locale, mais il me semble qu\u2019un peu de beurre ne nuit pas !
