Une pr\u00e9paration id\u00e9ale pour en r\u00e9aliser une trentaine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-df1026cb-e0c9-4828-ad5b-28a1d620d80c\">Vous pouvez retrouver l\u2019ensemble de nos recettes juste <a href=\"https:\/\/www.myzen.tv\/fr\/tag\/recette\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ici<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:26px\">Les ingr\u00e9dients :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"liste-recette wp-block-list\"><li>25 cl d\u2019eau<\/li><li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 rase de sel<\/li><li>De la muscade<\/li><li>Du poivre<\/li><li>80 g de beurre<\/li><li>150 g de farine<\/li><li>Du gruy\u00e8re r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/li><li>4-5 \u0153ufs<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:26px\">La pr\u00e9paration :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"tache-recette wp-block-list\"><li>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\/200\u00b0C chaleur statique.<\/li><li>Dans une casserole, versez l\u2019eau, ajoutez le beurre en morceaux et le sel.<\/li><li>Portez sur le feu \u00e0 couvert. Laissez bouillir 2 minutes, retirez du feu et ajoutez la farine d\u2019un coup, remuez \u00e9nergiquement \u00e0 la spatule. Faites dess\u00e9cher 2 minutes sur le feu sans cesser de remuer.<\/li><li>Retirez du feu et ajouter les \u0153ufs un par un. Remuez pour les incorporer totalement entre chaque ajout.<\/li><li>Versez dans la poche \u00e0 douille et faites des petits tas espac\u00e9s de 3-4 cm sur une plaque recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9.<\/li><li>Saupoudrez de gruy\u00e8re et enfournez, laissez cuire 30 minutes.<\/li><li>Servez bien chaud, accompagn\u00e9 d\u2019un bon verre de vin de bourgogne.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"block-1b146e46-bd7f-4a45-938a-05b693886dae\">Les conseils de Julie :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-81d248d2-4d60-4333-ba6a-9c806753b318\">Remplacez le gruy\u00e8re par du comt\u00e9 pour des goug\u00e8res plus cors\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-81d248d2-4d60-4333-ba6a-9c806753b318\">Jocelyne, l\u2019\u00e9pouse de Claude, m\u2019a confi\u00e9 un secret de famille : les plaques garnies de p\u00e2te crue peuvent \u00eatre congel\u00e9es. Vous n\u2019aurez plus qu\u2019\u00e0 les enfourner encore surgel\u00e9es.
