{"id":1703475,"date":"2024-02-01T11:00:00","date_gmt":"2024-02-01T11:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.myzen.tv\/?p=1703475"},"modified":"2024-02-21T10:52:55","modified_gmt":"2024-02-21T10:52:55","slug":"recette-de-creme-de-yuzu-passion-et-sables-croustillants-aux-zestes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.myzen.tv\/fr\/recette-de-creme-de-yuzu-passion-et-sables-croustillants-aux-zestes\/","title":{"rendered":"Recette de cr\u00e8me de yuzu, passion et sabl\u00e9s croustillants aux zestes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Avec Les Carnets de Julie, apprenez \u00e0 cuisiner une <strong>cr\u00e8me de yuzu, passion<\/strong> et des <strong>sabl\u00e9s croustillants aux zestes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez retrouver l\u2019ensemble de nos recettes <a href=\"https:\/\/www.myzen.tv\/fr\/tag\/recette\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ici<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:26px\">Les ingr\u00e9dients :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pour la cr\u00e8me<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"liste-recette wp-block-list\"><li>\u200b80 g de jus de yuzu (3 \u00e0 4 yuzus frais)<\/li><li>Zeste de 2 gros yuzus<\/li><li>100 g de sucre<\/li><li>120 g de beurre<\/li><li>4 \u0153ufs + 4 jaunes<\/li><li>2 gros fruits de la passion (100 g de pulpe)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pour le sabl\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"liste-recette wp-block-list\"><li>160 g de farine<\/li><li>130 g de beurre demi-sel mou<\/li><li>60 g de sucre glace<\/li><li>40 g de ma\u00efzena<\/li><li>Le zeste d\u20191\/2 yuzu<\/li><li>Du sucre semoule<\/li><li>Quelques fleurs pour la couleur<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:26px\">La pr\u00e9paration :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"tache-recette wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Pour la cr\u00e8me de yuzu :<\/strong> dans une casserole, versez les jaunes et les \u0153ufs, ajoutez le jus et le zeste de yuzu, le sucre et portez sur feu moyen sans cesser de remuer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la cr\u00e8me \u00e9paississe. Ajoutez alors le beurre en petits morceaux et remuez hors du feu jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit fondu. Laissez reposer puis placez au frais.<\/li><li>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 170\u00b0C.<\/li><li><strong>Pour le sabl\u00e9 :<\/strong> mixez finement tous les ingr\u00e9dients au mixeur, le moins longtemps possible, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019une boule se forme. \u00c9talez-la entre deux feuilles de papier sulfuris\u00e9 de la dimension du moule. Beurrez un moule rectangulaire \u00e0 fond amovible et saupoudrez-le d\u2019un m\u00e9lange \u00e9gal de sucre semoule et de farine. D\u00e9posez la p\u00e2te sur le fond du moule, pr\u00e9-taillez la p\u00e2te en triangles et enfournez. Laissez cuire 45 minutes. Retaillez les parts dans le biscuit encore chaud puis d\u00e9tachez les quand ils sont froids.
