Pelez-les et placez-les dans une grande casserole. Ajoutez 4 litres d\u2019eau. Salez, ajoutez les oignons pel\u00e9s et piqu\u00e9s de clous de girofle. Portez \u00e0 fr\u00e9missement. Laissez cuire 2h30 sans que l\u2019eau ne vienne \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, en couvrant.<\/li><li>Ajoutez les pruneaux et laissez cuire encore 15 minutes.<\/li><li>Diluez les deux farines avec 10cl de lait et incorporez le tout \u00e0 la soupe en remuant d\u00e9licatement. Rectifiez l&rsquo;assaisonnement, donnez un bouillon et servez.
