Une recette id\u00e9ale pour 8 personnes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez retrouver l\u2019ensemble de nos recettes <a href=\"https:\/\/www.myzen.tv\/fr\/tag\/recette\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ici<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:26px\">Les ingr\u00e9dients :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"liste-recette wp-block-list\"><li>1 kg de farine<\/li><li>1 litre de petit lait de Bruccio<\/li><li>4 \u0153ufs<\/li><li>4 jaunes d\u2019\u0153uf<\/li><li>4 fromages frais, de 3 \u00e0 4 jours d\u2019affinage (environ 600 g chacun)<\/li><li>4 sachets de levure de boulanger<\/li><li>Des feuilles de ch\u00e2taigner s\u00e9ch\u00e9es et r\u00e9hydrat\u00e9es 1 nuit<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:26px\">La pr\u00e9paration :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"tache-recette wp-block-list\"><li>Dans un grand saladier, m\u00e9langez la farine et la levure. Ajoutez progressivement le petit lait en remuant \u00e0 la spatule. Ajoutez 3 fromages \u00e9grain\u00e9s. M\u00e9langez bien en soulevant la p\u00e2te. Taillez l\u2019autre fromage en petites lamelles. Ajoutez les \u0153ufs. La texture doit \u00eatre entre la p\u00e2te \u00e0 cr\u00eape et la p\u00e2te \u00e0 pain.<\/li><li>Couvrez d\u2019un linge et laissez reposer dans un environnement chaud pendant 1h30 (pas plus de 2h, la p\u00e2te se liqu\u00e9fierait).<\/li><li>Chauffez le four \u00e0 pain pendant ce temps-l\u00e0.<\/li><li>Ajoutez 1\/2 verre d\u2019eau dans les jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs et m\u00e9langez.<\/li><li>Croisez 3 feuilles de ch\u00e2taigner pour former un socle. Versez-y une louche de p\u00e2te, d\u00e9posez 4 lamelles de fromage sur le dessus. Dorez avec le jaune d\u2019\u0153uf et enfournez. Laissez cuire 10 \u00e0 15 minutes selon la chaleur du four. Les galettes doivent \u00eatre tr\u00e8s dor\u00e9es et les feuilles presque brul\u00e9es. Mangez ti\u00e8de !<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:26px\">Le conseil de Julie :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est plus facile d\u2019\u00eatre 3 ou 4 pour pr\u00e9parer rapidement ces galettes.
