Une pr\u00e9paration id\u00e9ale pour 8 personnes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez retrouver l&rsquo;ensemble de nos recettes <a href=\"https:\/\/www.myzen.tv\/fr\/tag\/recette\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ici<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:26px\">Les ingr\u00e9dients :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"liste-recette wp-block-list\"><li>3 bo\u00eetes de macarons de Saint-\u00c9milion, soit environ 45 macarons<\/li><li>250 g de sucre<\/li><li>300 g de beurre \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante<\/li><li>20 cl de lait demi-\u00e9cr\u00e9m\u00e9<\/li><li>2 jaunes d&rsquo;\u0153ufs<\/li><li>130 g de chocolat \u00e0 50%<\/li><li>3 cl de cognac<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pour le gla\u00e7age<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"liste-recette wp-block-list\"><li>130 g de chocolat \u00e0 50%<\/li><li>50 g de beurre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:26px\">La pr\u00e9paration :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"tache-recette wp-block-list\"><li>Placez une feuille de papier sulfuris\u00e9 sur une assiette plane. D\u00e9posez un cercle \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie de 20 cm de diam\u00e8tre et de 5 cm de hauteur au moins.<\/li><li>Versez le cognac dans un bol, ajoutez la m\u00eame quantit\u00e9 d&rsquo;eau. Imbibez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement les macarons de ce m\u00e9lange c\u00f4t\u00e9 plat et placez-les dans le cercle, en tapissant le fond et les c\u00f4t\u00e9s, c\u00f4t\u00e9 plat face \u00e0 vous. Serrez-les sans les \u00e9craser ni les couper. R\u00e9servez.<\/li><li>\u00c9crasez le beurre avec le sucre \u00e0 la fourchette puis fouettez une minute avec un fouet \u00e9lectrique jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange mousse l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.<\/li><li>Pendant ce temps, faites fondre le chocolat au bain-marie et versez-le dans un grand saladier.<\/li><li>Faites ti\u00e9dir le lait et versez-le sur les jaunes en fouettant. Incorporez le m\u00e9lange au chocolat, puis versez sur le m\u00e9lange beurre-sucre. Fouettez au fouet \u00e9lectrique quelques instants.<\/li><li>Versez un tiers de la cr\u00e8me dans le moule, couvrez d&rsquo;une couche de macarons imbib\u00e9s, toujours c\u00f4t\u00e9 plat vers vous. Versez un autre tiers, une autre couche de macarons, puis recommencez une derni\u00e8re fois en terminant par les macarons. Couvrez de papier film, puis avec une assiette plane et enfin un poids de 500 g.<\/li><li>Mettez au frais une nuit au moins, id\u00e9alement 24 h. 1 h 30 minimum avant de servir.<\/li><li>Pr\u00e9parez le gla\u00e7age: faites fondre le chocolat au bain-marie, ajoutez le beurre et remuez. D\u00e9moulez le g\u00e2teau en le retournant et en retirant le cercle. Couvrez de gla\u00e7age et mettez au frais jusqu&rsquo;au service. Sortez le g\u00e2teau 10 minutes avant de le d\u00e9couper.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le conseil de Julie :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Utilisez un sucre fin qui fondra plus vite dans le beurre et un bon cognac, son go\u00fbt est essentiel.
