Nous ferons ensuite un exercice d\u2019\u00e9quilibre sur une jambe avec des rotations des cuisses pour am\u00e9liorer notre \u00e9quilibre et renforcer nos chevilles et nos pieds, et la posture du guerrier 3 nous permettra de fortifier nos jambes et nos muscles abdominaux.
