Nous ferons ensuite un exercice de balancement d\u2019une jambe d\u2019avant en arri\u00e8re pour travailler nos ischio-jambiers, puis des torsions debout en \u00e9quilibre sur une jambe pour am\u00e9liorer notre \u00e9quilibre, renforcer nos chevilles, nos pieds, et remobiliser notre colonne vert\u00e9brale.
