Julie a propos\u00e9 \u00e0 six cuisiniers amateurs et d\u00e9fenseurs de leur r\u00e9gion, de la rejoindre \u00e0 Paris pour son banquet de F\u00eates de No\u00ebl. Chacun d\u2019entre eux est mis \u00e0 contribution pour confectionner une recette digne de leurs repas de No\u00ebl ! Il n\u2019y a pas que la dinde ou le chapon \u00e0 No\u00ebl, il y a aussi le cabri, comme l\u2019explique Jean-Baptiste, install\u00e9 \u00e0 Levie en Corse. Au menu il y a \u00e9galement des huitres du bassin d\u2019Arcachon, quelques charcuteries lyonnaises, une croustade gersoise revisit\u00e9e, une sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 que Julie avait d\u2019ailleurs fait d\u00e9couvrir aux New-Yorkais ! La Cerise sur le g\u00e2teau d\u2019un diner de No\u00ebl r\u00e9ussi ?
