Si ces compagnons \u00e0 quatre pattes nous apaisent et nous stimulent, ils font en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 bien plus que cela : ils nous soignent ! Et c\u2019est scientifiquement prouv\u00e9. Avoir un animal chez soi a de multiples vertus sur notre \u00e9tat physique et mental.
\nMeilleure sant\u00e9 cardio-vasculaire, renforcement du syst\u00e8me immunitaire et du microbiote intestinal, s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion d\u2019ocytocine, l\u2019hormone du bonheur… On ne compte plus les \u00e9tudes qui d\u00e9montrent les bienfaits physiques, psychologiques et \u00e9motionnels de cette connexion entre l\u2019homme et l\u2019animal.
