In this episode we decided to make an Acai bowl. For this you will need frozen bananas, milk, acai powder, kiwi, berries, chia seeds and edible flowers. Acai is a small berry, a remarkable concentrate of antioxidants that help fight against premature aging of cells and thus prevent the onset of cardiovascular disease.
