In this episode, we are going to make a kiwi and cucumber smoothie. For this, we will need cucumber, kiwi, apricot, bananas, coconut water, chia seeds and ice. The kiwi is a fruit rich in vitamins C and K1, selenium and fiber, and the cucumber is rich in water.
