Rachel takes in the rural beauty of the historical province of Southeastern France, Provence. Here Rachel explores the mountain towns and olive groves, and visits a friend where together they cook a delicious tarte tartin. Rachel also visits a goat farmer and cheese maker, and feels inspired by the passionate food producers of Provence.
