Rachel gets into the swing of a cosmopolitan Riviera town uncovering foodie gems in Nice’s charming back streets. Rachel meets some hip young French chefs cooking with Bohemian flair at a small local bistro that prides itself on fresh seasonal produce with a cool laid back vibe. She also visits a lovely olive oil man and takes a trip to a Socca bar where she learns about the giant chickpea crêpe, a speciality of the region. Back in London, Rachel cooks ‘Little Socca Cakes with Ratatouille’, ‘Confit Cod with Rainbow Chard Gratin’ and ‘Mini Orange Trifles with Candied Carrots’.
