Today we are going to cook Lasagna with truffles, with a béchamel sauce made with butter, flour, milk and nutmeg. For the truffle preparation we will need mushrooms, onions, garlic, cheddar cheese and truffle, all well-seasoned. Then we assemble the Lasagna and cook it in the oven. A generous and delicious meal to reproduce at home.
