Today we work on a special bikini session to get the best body for this summer. This workout is for you, if you don’t fit in your jeans anymore or just want to be at your best for a big event. We will do dynamic fitness and Pilates exercises, crunches, abdominal work and coordination exercises to engage all your limbs. A session where you will have opportunity to have a lot of fun exercising!
