In this second training we continue with our program to build muscle in 30 days with an intensive session to sculpt your body. We will link dynamic fitness movements that will involve both legs and arms to tone the different muscles of the body. We continue with sheathing and stretching exercises to work the abdominal muscles and obtain the desired silhouette.
