Stretches for a slim waist
In this episode we will show you some stretching exercises to slim down our waist. We will start by doing the Power Angle Pose which is invigorating and energizing. We will then do the warrior pose 2 to strengthen our whole body. We will then do an exercise to stretch the side of the chest, and we will finish with an exercise to strengthen our abs, thighs and hips.
