Standing stretches
In this episode, we will do some exercises to stretch while standing. We'll start with the mountain pose, which will help us learn to stand up straight. We will then do an exercise to stretch our shoulders and arms. We will then do an exercise to stretch the side of our torso. We will finish with the roll-up/unroll-up exercise to stretch our spine and hamstrings.
