Upper-body workout
In this episode, we will do exercises to work the upper body. We will start with an exercise to warm up our shoulders. We'll then move on to the Hundred Three exercise to warm up our muscles, increase our blood flow, stabilize our chest and work on our abs. We will then rotate our torso to work on our abs and obliques, and we will finish with the half-bridge posture that will strengthen our lumbar and rib cage while stretching our abs.
