E04 | Yogalates | Strengthen your back

In this episode, we will do exercises to work our back. We will start with an exercise that will work our shoulder blades. We'll follow with the cobra pose to stretch our back, open our chest and stimulate our digestive organs. We will then do push-ups that will help us strengthen our core stabilizers, shoulders, back, buttocks and chest muscles. We will finish with the child's pose to stretch our back.
