E17 | Pilates | Easy breathing

In this episode, we will start by doing the child's pose which will allow us to stretch and relax our back. We will then do some exercises that will help us work on the neck and cervical spine to avoid possible pain. Then we will do exercises for the jaw and breathing while keeping the mouth wide open.
