Bodyshaping Functional Yoga

Tone, soften, breathe
Today we will start with the head down dog pose, bending with legs apart and fingers hooked, to strengthen our back and make our legs more flexible. We will tone our whole body with the two basic warrior poses. The sun warrior pose and the triangle pose will help us strengthen our legs, stretch our torso and open our chest to increase our breathing capacity. We will finish the training with the tiger pose to soften our muscles and work on our balance.
