In this episode, we will start with the head down dog pose and the head down dog pose with the leg raised, which are great for our back, making our legs more flexible and strengthening our whole body. We will continue with the pigeon pose which is perfect if we want to relieve our sciatica and our back pain. Then we'll do the half pinch pose which softens the spine and strengthens the oblique muscles of the abdomen, before finishing with a wide split to work on opening the hips.
