Rachel finds herself immersed in this non-stop city, from the allure and
tradition of the famous covered market, the Grand Bazaar, to its cool
new quarter where she discovers what a new wave of chefs are doing
with traditional Turkish fare.
Rachel also visits a fish market and soaks up the coffee culture,
purchasing some Turkish cups along the way.
