Rachel takes in the cool of Sweden’s capital city in episode five. Whilst
in Stockholm Rachel is keen to discover why Scandinavian food is so
fashionable right now. She visits one of Stockholm’s hippest
restaurants where rump of deer is on the menu.
Rachel’s inspired by Sweden’s traditional Cinnamon buns and back
home, bakes her own ‘Savoury Swedish Buns’ as well as ‘Venison Steak
with Celeriac Puree, Pickled Blackberries & Carrot Petals’ and a
‘Lingonberry and Raspberry Marzipan Tart’ inspired by the Lingoberry
preserve she picked up in a Swedish supermarket.
