Lord of the Dance
In this episode we will do Natarajasana (or Dancer's Pose). This is an advanced posture that requires balance, opening the shoulders and the front of the thigh. It is excellent for loosening up the hips and back and will give you strength, balance and grace. Remember to look ahead for balance and breathe.
