Elsa Claude and Teric Teav introduce each episode with the workout theme. To prepare the body for the training session, they start with a gentle and gradual warm-up. Then it’s time for the sports session led by the coaches. Once the session is over, we meet coach Maeva Groubier for some stretching. The session will be concluded by Sonia Vignieu for some nutritional advices, then by the outro of the coaches who will debrief the sports session.
