Rachel indulges her passion for the Swedish outdoors, inspired by both
the woodland and the water. Whilst visiting the Swedish Archipelago, Rachel shows off her fishing
skills and gets in to the Scandinavian way of life cooking a Perch style
wrap on an open fire at the waterside by a traditional Swedish cabin.
Back home, Rachel recreates Swedish favourites with her very own
Khoo-twist. She makes a ‘Savoury Swedish Celebration Cake – known
as Smörgåstårta’, a ‘Wild Mushroom Soup with Dill Fish Balls’ and an
‘Edible Forest Floor’.
