Kim feels accomplished in her career, but has struggled with debilitating depression and a lack of self-esteem since her teen years. Yogi Cameron believes that traumatic events from childhood, coupled with an imbalance of vata – the air element – is causing Kim’s unsettled mind and emotions. Though Ayurvedic practices, including herbs, dancing, yoga and changing her living space, Kim learns to release negative emotions to not only free herself from depression, but to find her purpose in life as well.
