At the end of this third issue, three candidates will qualify for the final. A tough selection for these pastry aces, who have been giving their all since the first show. Before reaching this point, these young – but already professional – contestants had to go through a casting process. The production team received 250 applications, but only called up 40 people, keeping 9 for the five-week shoot. For the first time this year, the members of the jury were able to take part in a test with the young talents, and pass on a little more of their knowledge.
